Hello, we are 2 housemates, working, one girl 24 and one boy 25 (live in landlord) both living in an easy going shared terraced house. We have a lovely open planned front room/dining room, good sized kitchen, bathroom and yard with raised beds to grow fruit and veg for the household and to give away if we find ourselves with courgettes coming out of our eyes. The house is 3 minute walk from St. Michael's train station and lark lane, 10 minutes from Sefton Park or River.
The Bedroom is a good sized single room for this type of property and you would have some storage space in the hall for clothes.
We are easy going and respectful housemates and are looking for somebody similar who is averse to crankiness but can be honest and upfront about how we can live together. We like to party sometimes at the weekend but will always respect when people are in work or have things to do and keep noise to a minimum. The house is often quite lively with people coming round for dinner etc and we generally have plenty of good times. we are pretty tidy but there will be times when the house is a mess for a day or so after gatherings. Again if this is ever a problem we talk about it openly and get it cleaned up.
£50/week includes all bills and super fast internet. Rent is £50/week or £215/month. No deposit needed but do need first months rent in advance. After that you can pay weekly or monthly.
